Property is a farm field. It has some lower land with drainage through it. The low area can be used for hay when dry. The lower area is accessed by 130th Ave. NE but there is also a deeded access from 135th Ave. NE at the opposite corner of the field which takes you to the high segments of land.

The high half of the property is rotated crops and is currently planted. Farmer renting the property will need to be able to pull his crops from the field this year and has an interest in continuing to rent the property.
